About us!

• The Navy brought Penny and Ed Hannifan to the Puget Sound area in 1986. Ten years later Ed retired from a very successful career with the Navy. During their 28 year career, they traveled extensively throughout the United States to various duty stations while raising three children. Their experiences with family transfers made them realize there is a need for real estate professionals that are familiar with the complexities of military life.
• Ed continued his education receiving his degree in small business/marketing and Penny continues her education in real estate,completeing the Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI) and the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Penny is currently serving a three year term on the Kitsap County Association Board of Realtor's. Ed and Penny are members of the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce where Ed sits on the Board of Directors and serves on the Military Affairs Committee .They are both active in the local community working closely with the Alzeimer's and Cancer Society and Meals on Wheels.
