The Navy,while on board the USS Nimitz, brought us to the Pacific Northwest in 1986. During our Navy Career we traveled extensively throughout the United States to various duty stations while raising our three children. Our experiences with family transfers made us realize the need for Real Estate Professionals thats understate the complexities of military life and those tranfers that go along with a Career in the Navy.
Penny earned her Real Estate license in 2003 NS Ed received his in 2004. Penny has completed a mutitude of Professional Real Estate Courses and she has also earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Only 4% of the Real Estate agents across the nation have the CRS designation. Penny is also certified in home staging and Feng Shui. After the Navy Ed completed his Associates degree in Small Business and Marketing, his Real Estate education includes: new construction, building green, septic systems, wetlands, shorelines and woodlots.
Penny served on the board of the Kitsap County Realtor's Association for three years. She contributes to Meals on Wheels and is a member of the Harrison Hospital Guild. Ed is very involved with the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce and the Kitsap County Military Affairs Committee.
